VIAIoT-Powered Energy Management Seminar in Can Tho, Vietnam
04/11/2025On October 29, 2025, a seminar titled “Sustainable Energy Management Solutions and Cost Reduction for Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC & Chiller) Using AIoT Technology” was hosted by the Can Tho Department of Industry and Trade, together with Thang Uy Group and Ampotech Vietnam in Can Tho Province.
The event gathered more than a hundred guests from government agencies, enterprises, and industry partners, all sharing one goal — to explore how smart technology can make energy efficiency simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Le Thanh Thanh, Deputy Director of the Can Tho Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized the city’s commitment to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability in industrial development. He highlighted that adopting smart management technologies, such as AIoT, is essential for achieving Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 targets. Referencing Resolution 70-NQ/TW on National Energy Security, he stressed that technology-driven solutions enable businesses to optimize energy use, improve industrial performance, and support long-term sustainability goals. Mr. Le reaffirmed Can Tho’s dedication to integrating innovative strategies for a greener, more sustainable industrial future.

Representing Thang Uy Group, Mr. Nguyen The Bao, Head of EaaS, ESCO, and OPEX Project Development at TU-SEIKI JSC, introduced two flexible financial models — Leasing and Shared Savings (ESCO).
