We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Industrial to spearhead Ampotech’s growth in Vietnam.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector, including manufacturing and logistics.
  • Build relationships with industry trade groups and value chain partners such as system integrators, equipment suppliers, and consultants to promote Ampotech and develop strategic partnerships
  • Promote and consult clients on Ampotech’s smart energy solutions, including power monitoring, HVAC optimization, and ESG reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the implementation of projects.
  • Follow up and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Track KPIs and report progress to the management team.
  • Act as a speaker and brand ambassador at industry-related events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Able to work independently and manage a team (if any) in the future when required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales or the energy/technology sector
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in companies such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or providers of energy and industrial automation solutions.
  • Having an existing network with industrial clients is a mandatory requirement for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (spoken & written);
  • Confident public speaker, capable of delivering presentations at industry events.
  • Able to think strategically, with a pro-active mentality to identify and connect with potential partners, customers, and key decision makers;
  • Prior experience with energy as a service or zero-capex energy efficiency projects is an advantage;
