According to Mr. Vũ, focusing on energy savings can significantly reduce investment costs. Some solutions, such as using lighter materials, improving surface finishes to shorten construction time, or designing a thermally and energy-efficient system, can help cut construction costs by 10-15%, or even up to 20%.

An energy-efficient building must achieve four key objectives:

• Lower investment costs compared to the market average.
• Better comfort levels than standard buildings.
• Optimized operational costs.
• Reduced environmental emissions.

AIoT Technology: The Key to Energy Optimization

Contributing to energy optimization solutions, Mr. Phạm Hải, Director of Ampotech Vietnam, shared how the company is applying AIoT technology to enhance energy management. Ampotech’s AI-powered system analyzes real-time data to propose the most effective energy-saving solutions for each building.

“Leveraging real-time data is the game for companies that know how to utilize AI to optimize their operations.
